Automotive Lift Sales & Installation – Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms -Customer acceptance of a quote, invoice, or payment constitutes full agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Scope of Services - We provide automotive lift sales, delivery coordination, and installation services as a distributor and installer.

3. Product Responsibility & Manufacturer Liability -We are not responsible for manufacturing defects or product failures. All warranties are handled by the manufacturer.

4. Installation Liability - Customer must ensure proper site conditions. We are not liable for damages due to improper conditions or misuse.

5. Site Requirements - Customer must ensure proper concrete, electrical setup, and space. Failure may result in additional charges.

6. Permits & Compliance - Customer is responsible for permits and compliance with local codes.

7. Payment Terms - Full payment agreement constitutes acceptance of these terms.

8. Cancellations & Refunds - Deposits may be non-refundable. Cancellation fees may apply.

9. Delivery & Scheduling - Delivery times are estimates. Customer must provide access during installation.

10. Warranty Disclaimer - Labor warranty may apply. Equipment warranties are through manufacturer only.

11. Limitation of Liability - Liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

12. Indemnification - Customer agrees to hold us harmless from misuse or improper maintenance.

13. Safety Responsibility - Customer acknowledges risks and agrees to proper use.

14. Modifications - Modifications void any warranties and liability.

15. Governing Law - Governed by the laws of Texas.

16. Agreement - Payment confirms acceptance of all terms.
